Beschreibung: Event-based control aims at reducing communication between sensors, controller and actuators, by means of invoking a data transfer only at time instants, when an internal trigger generates an event, which indicates that the control error has exceeded a tolarable threshold. As yet a state-feedback approach is applied to control linear systems. The objective of this project is to extend the theory of event-based control to systems with nonlinear dynamics. Taking into account that the system is in an open-loop operation mode between two consecutive events, the control input generator and the event generator are redesigned as feed-forward controllers, applying a flatness-based approach.
